REVONOMIC

This Privacy Policy explains how Revonomic ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Revonomic mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Revonomic:

Account Information

Name and email address provided at registration
Profile photo (optional)

Health & Fitness Data

Workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, and weights
Cardio activity logs (activity type, distance, duration, pace, calories)
Meal and nutrition logs (food names, dates, optional photos)

Activity & Experience Data

Activities, events, and sessions you create or attend
Food & beverage venues you log and review
Personal ratings, notes, and visit history

Media

Photos and videos you upload to activities, events, product listings, or your gallery

AI Coaching Data

Messages you send to and receive from the AI guide/coach feature
Weekly and daily summaries generated by the AI

Public Profile & Social Data

Display name, bio, tagline, and profile details you choose to make public
Products and services listings you publish
RSVPs and enquiries sent to or received from other members

Device & Usage Data

We do not collect device identifiers, crash logs, or analytics beyond what Supabase records in standard database logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and personalise the App's features (workout tracking, activity logging, AI coaching, social discovery)
Generate AI-powered summaries and coaching responses using your fitness and activity data
Display your public profile and content to other users where you have chosen to make it visible
Enable communication between members (enquiries, event RSVPs)
Improve the App and fix issues

3. AI Coaching & Anthropic

Revonomic uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to power the AI guide and coaching features. When you interact with the AI coach or request summaries, relevant portions of your fitness data and messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.

Anthropic processes this data solely to generate responses and does not use it to train their models without consent. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy at anthropic.com/privacy for details on how they handle data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database and storage provider. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS and complies with industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.

We implement row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure that users can only access their own private data. Public content (activities, events, venues marked as public) is accessible to other registered users within the App.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

With Supabase for database and file storage services
With Anthropic for AI coaching and summary features
With other users, only for content you have explicitly set to "Public" within the App
If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users

6. User-Generated Content

Revonomic is a platform that allows users to post public activities, events, and venue listings. Content you mark as "Public" may be visible to other registered users within the App. You are responsible for the content you share. We provide in-app reporting tools for flagging inappropriate content.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access: View your data within the App at any time
Edit: Update or correct your profile, activities, and other information at any time
Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the App (Settings → Delete account). This removes all your data from our systems.
Visibility: Control what is public or private for each activity, event, venue, and product listing

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data — including profile information, fitness logs, media files, AI conversations, and activity history — is permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children's Privacy

Revonomic is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may allow you to open Google Maps or Apple Maps links for venue navigation. These services are governed by their own privacy policies (Google: policies.google.com; Apple: apple.com/privacy).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
